Jr. Herdsires at Gentle Spirit Alpaca Farm

Solstice at the Cabin

ARI #31219228

This white full Peruvian, Cantano grandson, has tremendous potential; his beautiful square conformation and soft, drapey fleece are strengths he can bring to your breeding program.  His tiny twisted locks drape elegantly off a very "suri frame" while his fleece is very fine and dense. Best of all, he has color genetics in his ancestry so who knows what he might throw.

Solstice has an inquisitive personality and has become a favorite on the farm.   Unfortunately for us, his brother, an AOBA National Color Champion, is our herdsire; consequently he is related to many of our females.

Gentle Spirits Mercury

ARI #31777537

Sundance at the Cabin puts luster on all his offspring and Mercury is no exception. This light brown guy is growing nicely and his regrowth is is what we have come to expect from his sire, dense, consistent locks and fine.  His typey suri head completes the package for a picture perfect suri alpaca.

His lineage include CPeruvian Accoyo Abel and 6P Abigail.  His dam is a beautiful brownish maroon color that has produced award winning alpacas for us. (See Mercury a few hours old on our Home Page)

Champaign Along the Lake

ARI #31777650

Champagne Along the Lake is a gorgeous suri boy who started out looking white but has grown in a light fawn.  From his picture you can see his amazing twisted locks, bright luster and bold suri head.

With Masked Bandit as his maternal grandfather and Sundance at the Cabin as his sire, this guy is sure to be a great addition to any herd!

Amate

ARI #31149549

Forever with his friends, Amate is one of the who's who of the alpaca world, he is a Legacy grandson though his sire, Crescent Moons Sequoia, while his dam contributes the Caligula, Drambuie and Hemingway bloodlines.

This guy is getting nicer as he grows older and is indisputable proof that superior genetics really do make a difference.

Amate's gentle demeanor and calm disposition make him a joy to have on the farm.  If you are looking to add the classics to your herd, this would be your guy.

Caballero of FRA

ARI #30923737

Caballero, the first offspring of Yukon Jack, (
please see our huacaya herdsires) has inherited his density and staple length.

His guy is a beautiful true black who shows great potential.  In addition to nice fiber he is large boned and carries himself well.  He was awarded 6th place at 2010 GWAS in a very large, tough class.

With 5P Peruvian Royal Inca Legend,Drambuie, and 5PSilverado, Caballero will be the one to add size, staple length and density to your herd.

Incredible fineness abounds in this very nice dark fawn young male.   Odie, for short, is a very handsome alpaca with a level topline and straight, strong legs. He projects proud confidence in the pasture which will give grand presence in the show ring.  He placed 5th at Alpaca Fall Festival 2009 and the judges comment included "I truly appreciate the fineness of this animal's fiber"

His lineage includes Maple Brook’s Fandago, Peruvian Oro, Bueno, Incan Magic, and Drambuie.  This guy to will be a great addition to your herd.
